Listing your business: common questions

What does it cost?
Free for the founding businesses, and that rate is locked permanently for anyone who joins early. After that it will be a modest monthly listing fee, clearly priced. We will never apply a charge retroactively to someone who signed up when it was free.
Do you take a cut of my trade?
No. Never. We are a directory, not an agency or a marketplace. Customers contact you directly, we take no commission, and we do not sit between you and them.
Who actually reads this site?
People arriving in Bedford for the Universal build and the residents already here. Around 20,000 construction workers over five years, then roughly 8,000 permanent staff. We're early, and we'd rather tell you our real numbers on a call than put an inflated figure on this page.
What do I need to send you?

Can I be in more than one category?
Yes, if you genuinely operate in both. Tell us in the notes and we'll sort it. We won't list you in categories you don't really serve — that makes the directory useless for everyone.
